Today was a day of firsts for Perth’s new Optus Stadium.

The Australia v England ODI is its first sporting game, Andrew Tye took the first wicket and the first five for, and Joe Root made the first 50.

It also had its very first streaker about midway through the Aussies innings at around 5pm Perth time.

A naked bloke managed to make his way and got most of the way to the pitch before security caught up with him.

He then managed to pull of some Dustin Martin-esque evasive manoeuvres before eventually getting dragged off.

The match is evenly posied, with Australia 4/158 in the 29th over chasing 260.

Glenn Maxwell is 19, and Marcus Stoinis is with him on 71.
