Anthony Minichiello Recalls The 2002 Premiership Injury That Mirrors Cooper Cronk's Predicament

Cooper Cronk is facing a race against the clock to be fit for the Grand Final after scans revealed the Roosters halfback is suffering from a severe shoulder injury.

A left rotator cuff injury, could leave Cronk on the sidelines for the big game against his former club, the Melbourne Storm. 

And on Triple M Sunday NRL, Roosters legend Anthony Minichiello joined the show and recalled a similar injury to one of the club's key players in the 2002 Premiership victory, that would eventually force an early retirement.
