Anthony Seibold Describes The Incredible Transformation Of The Burgess Twins

It was this time last year, Mark 'Spud' Caroll stood up and called out the Burgess twins.

With the twins playing below their best since winning the 2014 NRL Premiership, Spud was asked what advice he would give the George and Thomas. 

"Personally, I wish they’d get down in size a bit. I reckon they should get down to about 115kg," Carroll told AAP.

"The game these days is about pace, mobility, working on the inside."

The twins were filthy. 

However, we fast forward almost a year and the Burgess twins are just one of the great stories from the Rabbitohs 2018 season. 

Their coach, Anthony Seibold, joined Triple M Sunday NRL and discussed the incredible transformation of George and Tom.
