There's been a bit of press this week in the aftermath of Origin following sledging allegations made by Andrew Fifita.

Fifita claimed post-match that words were exchanged, but wouldn't divulge what was said.

“They can carry on all they want at the end of the game there. It’s one of those things — we will bank it and go into game three ready,” Fifita said, reports news.com.au.

“I was laughing at things. I think they wanted a reaction out of you.

“I don’t think any of our boys reacted. We just got on with the job. There’ll be nothing better than us going up there and taking out the series on Queensland soil. We had our opportunities. I’m a bit bitter about it.”

Speaking on Triple M Sunday NRL, QLD's Michael Morgan said that he was unaware of any transgressions.

"I saw a little bit of that in the media, but I probably wasn't out there long enough to notice it or to hear it," Morgan said. Listen to the full report below.

"I'm not a big person to sledge on the field - I'm too busy laying out what I've got to do or catching my breath or something to try to spray someone."

"I'm a big fan of what happens on the field stays on the field," Triple M's Ryan Girdler said.

"I wasn't impressed with Andrew Fifita coming out at the end of the game and saying that there were some words said.

"Everyone has their run-ins - you don't play Origin and don't have a run-in.

"It's a game that everyone takes personally and there's a lot of emotion involved. You suck it up and get on with it and you remember it, but you don't need to talk about it.

Triple M's Paul Kent said on Triple M Sunday NRL that he didn't like the way Andrew Fifita handled the whole situation.

"I tell you what I find rich about that - don't bring it up in the first place. If you're that offended by it, come out and say it. Or say nothing. But don't let half the cat out."
