In breaking news, Andrew Fifita will not play for the Sharks against the Titans this week.
“Sharks Andrew Fifita wont travel up to QLD for #NRLTitansSharks till Saturday due to upcoming birth of baby,” tweeted Fox Sports NRL Supercoach writer, Wackos Whispers.
It's understood Cronulla coach Shane Flanagan will wait until he meets with his other NSW State of Origin players before making a call on whether they will face the Gold Coast on Saturday.
All of the Sharks' Origin members came out of the match physically unscarred, but Flanagan is well aware of the mental hurdle facing James Maloney, Andrew Fifita and Wade Graham after losing the series in Brisbane.
"I'm taking 21 players up, so everyone is fit. We'll just make a decision on how everyone is feeling," said Flanagan, with Valentine Holmes the only Shark to finish on the winning team in this year's Origin series.
