Penrith will be without Bryce Cartwright for at least the rest of today's clash with the Tigers after picking up an injury during the first half.
Cartwright left the field with an ankle problem which appeared to be sustained in the 3rd minute of play, and emerged from the sheds later in the half to sit on the sideline.
"He's got ice on the ankle, boot off, and won't be back today," Triple M and the Australian's Brent Read said from the sideline.
This comes after off-field controversy in the last week or so, and a poor opening game against the Dragons last round.
Early talk suggests that the placing of the ice could mean it's an issue higher up the leg.
More to follow.
