Cooper Cronk Has Just Spoken At A Press Conference Ahead Of Tonight's Crucial Hearing

Cooper Cronk has just spoken at a press conference ahead of tonight’s crucial judicial hearing that could possibly end Sia Soliola’s season.

The Canberra forward knocked Cronk’s teammate Billy Slater clean out on Saturday night and was not sent off.

That decision has been the subject of on-going debate. Now it’s up to the NRL to hand the Raiders player an appropriate suspension.

“The hit was obviously quite late and high so… I'm not a part of the judiciary, I don’t know what determines these things… but I dare say tonight I think we’ll get a verdict,” said Cronk.

“I’m not here to preempt anything but I dare say it will be a few weeks.”
