Custom Pillows and Blankets - The Perks Of Playing For Australia

The Australian Rugby League team have left no stone unturned as they prepare to defend their Rugby League World Cup title ahead of tonight's opener against England. 

In an Australian sporting first, the Kangaroos have been fitted with customised pillows and blankets taking sports science to a whole new level. 

Kangaroos enforcer Josh McGuire told Triple M's Dead Set Legends this was just one of many perks players are afford when they play for Australia. 

"Yeah it's fantastic, just some perks when you get picked for the Australian team," Maguire said. 

"There's no excuses here in camp, we got to make sure we turn up and play good footy. 

"It's a special pillow that fits your head ... it's all the best stuff going around."
