In an embarrassing blunder, the NRL has mucked up a farewell for one of the game's retiring stars.
Wests Tigers legend Dene Halatau is hanging up his boots after a long career at the club, but it was "Dean Halatau" who was given a big send-off by the NRL at the pre-game presentation. See the image below.
Halatau started his career at the Tigers from 2003 - 2009, before a brief stint for the Bulldogs from 2010 - 2013.
He finished his career at the Tigers after re-joining the club in 2014.
