With talk emerging yesterday that QLD are training hard to contain Andrew Fifita after a massive game one, Blues coach Laurie Daley reckons that Fifita is ready for the challenge.

Speaking on Triple M Saturday NRL, Daley said that he is particularly aware of tactics to try to frustrate Fifita - similar to what the Storm did to the Sharks last weekend.

"There's no doubt that Andrew Fifita will have a target on his head and one of the main focuses for QLD in this game will be to get up into his face and try to put him off," Daley said. Listen to the full interview below.

"They're going to get numbers in at him and try to slow him down.

"They'll try to make him ill-disciplined but the way he's been able to develop over the last few months is a real good sign for the Sharks, NSW and Australia.

"He's a damaging prop, and I think he's just realised how good he can be.

"This will be a challenge for him, and we're expecting QLD to really go after him, and he needs to be ready for it."

And there's nothing like seeing it live. The Triple M Grill Team is sending you and a mate to Origin II at Anz Stadium to back our boys in Blue! Here’s how to win.
