Former Bronco Brad Meyers has been stretchered from the field after suffering a neck injury during the Legends of League tournament on the Central Coast.
As the final minutes ticked down in the game between the Knights and Broncos legends, a seemingly innocuous tackle led to play being halted for several minutes with Meyers getting medical attention.
Medical staff then confirmed Meyers "felt and heard a crack in his neck," with further replays showing Meyers neck was accidentally placed in an awkward crusher like position.
Despite, Meyers claiming he heard a crack, the former Bronco had all feeling in his hands and feet.
