Gallen's going for Queensland.
Now, that's a headline we didn't think we'd be writing any time soon.
However, former NSW skipper Paul Gallen's dad Garry has confirmed that he's backing the Maroons "now that my boy's not there".
"I know it's State of Origin but I live here," Gallen senior said.
He's called QLD home for the last 11 years according to a report by sunshinecoastdaily.com.au.
"If only people knew how good Queensland was they would come here sooner," he said.
Garry also reckons that NSW would have won game two if his son was playing.
"Queensland has the greatest side in rugby league history hands down. NSW should have kept its foot on the throat in game two but never did it."
