After winning the wooden spoon three times in the last eight years, Parramatta Eels have released an in-depth, end-of-season review which saw everyone from players to coaches to management interviewed at length.
The findings, which the Club released on Wednesday, have once again sparked debate as to what the Eels can do to regain their top four status next year.
And one of those debates centres around the beleaguered Jarryd Hayne, who is off-contract with the conclusion of the 2018 season.
For Triple M's Ryan Girdler, it's a tricky one for Parramatta - but one they might just pull off.
But Hayne is just one piece in a much bigger puzzle. Does the management structure need to change? Do Mitchell Moses and Corey Norman need to work on their relationship? And what is the Club's key position?
