News came out earlier that Josh Dugan was booted out of Cronulla RSL for “carrying on like a real goose”, but it’s since turned out that he wasn’t the only Shark shown the door that night.
Fox Sports have since reported that Andrew Fifita was also given his marching orders that night.
“I can confirm that Josh Dugan and Andrew Fifita were asked to leave Cronulla RSL by our Security staff,” Sue McNeill, CEO of Cronulla RSL Memorial Club, said in a statement to Fox Sports.
“I spoke with the Sharks regarding this matter on Saturday the 17th February.
“The incident requires no further action from Cronulla RSL.
“Sharks and the NRL integrity unit are now dealing with this matter.”
It’s not the first time Dugan has courted controversy, with a drinking session with Blake Ferguson making headlines last year before the third Origin match.
