We all remember the scenes from the 2017 Rugby League World Cup in Papua New Guinea.
Sell-out crowds and an atmosphere like no other, if there was anytime to put "The Kumuls" on the map they certainly did so during the World Cup.
This, added to the fact they have their very own side in the Queensland Cup, the PNG Hunters, competing (and current Premiership holders) shows one day a PNG side will compete in the NRL.
And while current PNG national captain James Segeyaro would love to see that happen, the dummy-half would like to see the NRL hold off and not rush the side into Australia's National Competition.
