"Jarryd Hayne Is Ringing Laurie And Saying He's Ready For Game Three"

After a bit of a lacklustre performance in the second half of Origin II on Wednesday night, Triple M's Wendell Sailor reckons that Jarryd Hayne has proved again why he is a big-game player.

Hayne crossed for two tries for the Titans in their clash with the Tigers.

"He's played one bad half of footy in two games," Dell said.

"Laurie Daley, if you're watching you have to pick this guy.

"I know it might not be the highest quality of games, but he's stepped up.

"He loves Campbelltown - this is his house, remember."

Referring to Hayne's try celebration for his second of the evening, Dell said he's really making a case for Daley.

"He's ringing Laurie and saying he's right for game three."
