A 25-year-old woman is potentially facing seven years' behind bars after allegedly stealing over $50,000 worth of equipment that belonged to the New Zealand Warriors.

The woman was remanded on bail and scheduled to reappear in North Shore District Court in New Zealand later this month.

A co-offender has also been charged with similar offences.

It's alleged the two accused broke into a van containing Warriors players' jerseys, GPS units and a video drone among other items in the early hours of March 26.

Warriors staff were unable to use their headquarters at Mt. Smart Stadium to store the gear following their dramatic round 3 victory over the Canberra Raiders, due to the Ed Sheeran concert taking place.

The club was forced to wear their 'Heritage' jerseys in their most recent fixture against the Sydney Roosters during the Easter footy weekend.
