He's one of the greatest coaches to ever grace the NRL and just recently crossed the 400 game mark as a first grade coach.
A phenomenal achievement considering every single one of those games as been as coach of the Melbourne Storm.
He's won just about everything there is to win in the NRL but most importantly he has created an incredible rugby league system in AFL-mad Melbourne creating future immortals like Cameron Smith, Billy Slater, Cooper Cronk and Greg Inglis.
