South Sydney favourite John Sutton's club future is in massive doubt after he was left out of the Rabbitohs Top 30 squad.
The premiership-winning skipper, who turned 34 this month, does have a desire to continue into his 16th season for the Bunnies.
However, with the uncertainty in the coaching ranks for 2019 and tight salary cap pressure the club have held off signing the only player to play 300 games in Cardinal and Myrtle.
Triple M's Mark Geyer thinks the club are crazy if they don't re-sign Sutton, with these comments on The Rush Hour with MG.
