The year is 1991 and for the second consecutive season the Canberra Raiders will square off against the Penrith Panthers in the NSWRL Grand Final.

364 days earlier the Raiders were far too good for an inexperienced Panthers side, winning their second title in-a-row 18-14. 

The spectacle and extravaganza that is Grand Final day, seemed to have been to much for the young-Panthers to handle. 

Then-Panthers coach Phil Gould knew his side couldn't repeat what happened a year ago - his side needed to be ready and focused. 

This would lead to a moment during breakfast on Grand Final day, which Mark 'MG' Geyer described as there being "not a dry eye" in the room after being asked what the Grand Final means to them.
