Michael Maguire Rumoured To Coach Another NRL Team Next Year

There is mail going around that Michael Maguire’s future is uncertain at the Rabbitohs, with the 2015 premiership-winning coach linked to the Titans next year.

Triple M’s Paul Kent believes you only have to look at the job he did at Souths to see that would be a great move for the Gold Coast.

“[Maguire] helped turn the Rabbitohs into [NRL] Premiers,” said Kent, on Sunday Triple M NRL.

“He’s a solid coach. He has clear ideas on what he thinks is successful.

“He’d go up there and have a pretty good halfback [Ash Taylor] to work with. And he’d put players in and around him.” Listen to the full audio below.
