There have been reports that Cowboys star Johnathan Thurston picked up an injury in Friday night's ANZAC test, with early mail suggesting he could be gone for the season.
It's been said that JT has had scans this morning, with the severity of the injury still largely unclear.
"It has been confirmed that Thurston will be out for four - six weeks with a shoulder injury," Triple M and Fox Sports' James Hooper said.
"It's a grade two issue, and I believe its a tear in his shoulder.
"It will certainly rule him out for Origin I, and maybe II as well.
"I reckon Cowboys coach Paul Green will be absolutely fuming."
