Wayne Bennett has re-affirmed his position at the Brisbane Broncos for the 2019 season.
Despite reports the seven-time Premiership winning coach was going to depart the club today, Bennett told reporters he will be staying at the club in 2019.

"Nothing has changed today - I've informed the players, staff, CEO and Chairman that I'm staying to honour my 2019 contract which was always my plan," Bennett told reporters.
However, Bennett did also confirm he could be sacked this afternoon after it was revealed the Broncos have set-up a press conference for Anthony Seibold later this afternoon.
