He may have only one NRL season under the belt, but Nathan Cleary is well and truly on the radar for NSW.
The 19-year-old Penrith playmaker, who played 15 games in his rookie year, has been named as a potential candidate in nrl.com’s NSW backline for the 2017 series.
According to the experts at nrl.com.au, other players that have a realistic chance of making the Origin team for 2017 include Jarryd Hayne (Titans), while Wests Tigers superstar James Tedesco was a unanimous choice at fullback. See the full backlines below.
