Eels bolter Semi Radradra has said that he'd like to end his career at the Eels, despite all of the recent drama with him wanting out of his contract with the club.

"I was lucky to be able to make the change and play rugby union and it's done so much for me," Radradra told @7NewsSydney.

"I grew up as a kid with a dream to play rugby union. I didn't think it would be like this playing rugby league.

"That's why I love playing for this club, and hopefully I can come back."

Radradra's future remains unclear, with the player currently facing domestic violence charges.

In other news, Radradra has fronted up for an Eels press day out of the club uniform, being the only one in casual clothes while the rest of the squad were in team gear.

"I don't think the club was overly disappointed with that because obviously facing some serious charges," Triple M and the Australian's Brent Read said.
