Semi Radradra's move to French rugby may be jeopardised by the outcome of his domestic violence hearing on Monday, according to a report by smh.com.au.

Radradra is facing three charges of domestic violence, and the matter was supposed to be heard before a court in November, but Radradra missed his hearing after flying to Fiji.

Toulon's assistant coach Steve Meehan said that there is likely a clause to preclude Radradra from making the move, depending on the outcome of his case - however, he admitted to not being privy to the specifics of Radradra's contract.

Furthermore, Meehan said that Radradra would have to earn a spot in the side, given the impressive crop of players currently tied to the club.

Radradra's contract is believed to be worth $700, 000 per season, with it a one-year deal with an optional extra year.
