Reports Nathan Peats Will Stay At The Titans

Despite early talk that former Eels Nathan Peats could be heading back to Parramatta, it seems as though it wasn't meant to be.

According to Triple M and the Australian's Brent Read on Triple M's Dead Set Legends, we'll have the final word on the matter in the next couple of days.

"I think I said a week or two ago that Nathan Peats would make a decision between Origin II and Origin III," Ready said.

"As I understand it, he's basically got until Monday to make a decision.

"There's a deal on the table from the Gold Coast and I reckon we'll have an announcement about Nathan Peats in the next couple of days.

"I'd be stunned if he doesn't stay at the Titans. It's a three-year deal there, and as far as I know there's no interest from anyone else.

"Parramatta are not interested in him."
