Wests Tigers coach Jason Taylor has his sights set on luring aggressive Roosters enforcer Kane Evans to Leichhardt, reports www.foxsportscom.au.

“The Wests Tigers are ready to launch a bid for Evans and entice the 25-year-old to leave his digs in Bondi and return to his junior club,” reports www.foxsports.com.au.

If there’s one thing the Tigers lack it’s depth in the forwards, so Evans would be a tremendous addition to their squad.

However, the club is facing a battle to get under the salary cap - with the big four James Tedesco, Mitchell Moses, Luke Brooks and Aaron Woods - all off contract at the end of 2017.
