With plenty of speculation surrounding the QLD reshuffle, Triple M and Fox Sports' James Hooper has added an interesting spin to the race for the vacant spot.

Speaking on Triple M Saturday NRL, Hoops said there was a real left-of-centre choice on coach Kevin Walters' radar.

"I think we'll see Cameron Munster win the vacant number three jumper that Darius Boyd will be unable to fill," Hoops said. Listen to the full report below.

"I think Michael Morgan will play five-eighth.

"The bench is the interesting one. I actually think Kevvie Walters is a big fan of Ben Hunt.

"So even though Wayne Bennett has dropped Ben Hunt to reserve grade, I actually get the impression that Ben Hunt could be pulled out of reserve grade.

"It's not the first time that's happened.

"The last player that's happened to is Michael Jennings. Ricky picked him out of the reserve grade at the Panthers."
