Speaking on Triple M Sunday NRL, Triple M's Paul Kent has said that there's a family issue at the centre of the Rabbitohs, with the club in a difficult spot regarding the Burgess brothers.

While Sam Burgess has been the heart and soul of the club, his younger brothers George and Tom have struggled for form this season.

"The problem with the Burgess twins is that they are barely first graders now," Kenty said. Listen to the full report below.

"They’re on really good one at the club, which is a big problem in terms of getting value for money in the salary cap.

"The problem for South Sydney is that they are related to the best player in the club, so they’ve got to keep him happy.

"And I know that when Luke was pushed on from Souths a few years back and went to Manly, it caused a mild ripple effect within the club.

"The three brothers weren’t happy that Luke was getting moved on.

"Now if you say to Sam that you’re going to move his twin brothers on, how he handles that will be interesting. He loves his brothers and he loves playing with his brothers, so they've got to work out a way to handle the situation."
