There's A Very Real Chance That The Dragons Could Miss The Finals

In a disappointing result for Dragons fans, the side has done little to firm its grasp on a top eight spot with a 24 - 12 loss to Brisbane this evening.

Somehow, the Dragons have managed to slip from premiership contenders earlier in the season, to that dreaded state of relying on outcomes from other games in order to make the finals.

After walloping Manly 52 - 12 back in round 20, it's been a very average month of football for the Dragons, with losses to the Knights, Souths and Broncos.

The run home for the Dragons sees them play the Panthers (away) and Bulldogs (home - ANZ), while also needing the Cowboys, Manly and Panthers to falter at the finish line of the season.
