According to Rugby League Week's the Mole, Mitchell Moses inked a very lucrative deal with the Roosters over the summer.
The four year deal would take effect in 2018, but for the NRL's 10-day cooling off period.
Moses apparently backed out at the last minute despite already signing off on the move, according to another report by sportingnews.com.
This comes after Panthers Boss Phil Gould infamously tweeted what we can assume was meant to be a direct message about the Roosters trying to lure Moses mid last year.
Moses will be off-contract at the end of 2017, and joins a long list of Tigers players who will be up for renewal.
