There are reports that the Tigers are chasing Titans utility Chris McQueen, with a big offer on the cards.

Triple M and Fox Sports' James Hooper has told foxsports.com.au that this could be a six-figure deal.

"At the moment, the Tigers have tabled a three-year deal to get Chris McQueen to Concord as of next season," Hoops said.

"I believe it's a $1.4 million offer.

"For the Gold Coast Titans to retain Chris, they're really going to have to sharpen their pencil and come up with a more competitive deal.

McQueen made the move to the Gold Coast after seemingly being lost from Souths to make room for Sam Burgess' return from his union stint in 2015.

The Tigers have a well-documented swathe of talent looking for contracts at the moment, including their 'Big Four' of Aaron Woods, James Tedesco, Luke Brooks and Mitch Moses.

Coach Jason Taylor is also up for a new deal, going off-contract at the end of the year.
