Origin representative Chris McQueen will be meeting with three Sydney NRL clubs this week, reports www.couriermail.com.au.

The premiership-winning back-rower, who has been a consistent player for the Titans, since joining the club from Souths in 2016, has reportedly been offered a million-dollar deal to return to Sydney.

“Chris has interest from Sydney clubs,” Titans recruitment chief Tony Mestrov said.

“Chris is in his last year here and he’s been a very good player for us. He’s extremely consistent and he can play several positions, so we need to sort out his future."

It was believed the hard-running forward was forced to move on from Souths to make way for the return of English superstar Sam Burgess.

“There’s a part of Chris that may want to return to Sydney,” said McQueen’s agent, Shaun Pyne.

“Ideally, Chris would like to stay at the Titans, but he is in a space now where he wants to look at his options.”

Chris McQueen, 29, has played 140 NRL games for the Rabbitohs and Titans over his six years in the NRL. He also represented Queensland on six occasions.
