North Queensland Cowboys co-captain Matt Scott is 'ready and fit to play' according to Johnathan Thurston, with Cowboys coach Paul Green now having a massive selection headache ahead of the Grand Final. 

The inclusion of Matt Scott in the Cowboys 21 and 19-man squads for the Preliminary Final against the Roosters was a massive shock considering he ruptured his ACL in round 2 this season. 

Now, with the Cowboys only one game away from completing the unlikeliest of fairytales the question on everyones lips is, should a fit and health Matt Scott play in the Grand Final? 

Triple M and Fox Sport's Paul Kent believes it's a 'no brainer' that Scott should be included in the final 17. 

However, Triple M's Gorden Tallis believes Paul Green would be 'mad' to play Scott in the Grand Final.
