With Mitchell Moses and Marcelo Montoya in a footrace for the ball, Montoya was penalised for pushing Moses off the ball.
However, the Bunker ruled that despite the on-field ref's initial query about whether this could be a penalty try,
Montoya was sin-binned for the incident, but the Eels were denied a penalty try. Watch the footage below.
"He is allowed to shoulder as running for the ball, but this is a push. However, we're not certain that the try would've been scored," the Bunker said while reviewing.
"I'd award a penalty try," Triple M's Wendell Sailor said.
"For all the listeners at home, it has to be a deadset certain try, and the video ref cannot think that maybe he wouldn't have gotten there," Triple M's Jamie Soward said.
