Wayne Bennett Gives Ben Hunt A Very Back-Handed Compliment

It's a bit of a bittersweet return for Ben Hunt this weekend.
Wayne Bennett gave him the call-up for a first grade return following the loss of Anthony Milford - but stated that he's basically only in the side due to the injuries the side is facing.
"It wasn't working playing NRL so I thought maybe a change of scenery; it might just stimulate something," Bennett said of Hunt.
"He's a wonderful player, lots of ability. We need him and he knows that. We just need him to be playing his best.
"Anyway, he's back. We've got an injury and we'll work from there.
"He knows what we want so we're sure he can deliver on it."
Hunt has been named on the bench, with Benji Marshall and Kodi Nikorima in the halves.
Darius Boyd will be out for a couple of weeks as well, due to a broken thumb sustained during Origin II on Wednesday night.
