Following several big weeks for off-field issues in rugby league, Roy & HG have discussed the implementation of a special unit of rugby league police to cope with the influx of drama.

"Rugby league crime is a full time job," HG said.

"It requires a series of experts, and you could see a series of ranks involved. All the way from Commissioner to Constable."

"There would have to be some means by which each player must forward to the local regional commander what their plans are for the week," Roy said.

"And where they are going to be for every hour of the week.

"It will make it easier for police to get there in time."
