Our Aussie bobsled boys Lucas Mata, David Mari, Hayden Smith and Lachlan Reidy are “chomping at the bit” to get out there and compete for our country.

With the four-man bobsleigh one of the last events in the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, the guys have been training in the gym, putting down some ‘smoky runs’ to try and go as fast as they can… but they’ve also been the driving force to cheer on our other Australian athletes while abroad.

Former Olympian, Gold Medalist and Aerial Skier Alisa Camplin is over in South Korea guiding our young team ensuring they have everything they could possible need during the Winter Olympics.

Camplin credits the bobsled boys as an integral part for boosting morale amongst the wider team.

“The energy is incredible leading into the back end of the games”, she said.

Lucas, David, Hayden and Lachlan have been showing off the green and gold.

Now the tables have turned with Freestyle Aerial Skier and Sochi Silver Medalist David Morris backing the boys to bring it home.
