The Location Of The Horn-Pacquiao Rematch Has Been Confirmed

The most anticipated rematch in Australian boxing between world champion Jeff Horn and Manny Pacquiao is set to go ahead on Australian shores, after Pacquiao finally agreed to the rematch.
Speaking at a press conference outside Brisbane's City Hall, Lord Mayor Graham Quirk confirmed that Queensland's capital city will once again host the fight.
“This opportunity really rested with Manny Pacquiao,” Cr Quirk said. “It was the defender of the title going in to that bout who had the opportunity to have a rematch.”
Quirk doubled down on his comments this afternoon on Triple M Brisbane.
The details of the fight are still to be worked out, with Brisbane City Council and Brisbane Marketing set to open talks with both the Horn and Pacquiao camps.
