Wellington Phoenix defender Marco Rossi could come under scrutiny from the A-League's match review committee after he was caught on camera grabbing the 'family jewels' of Newcastle Jets player Jason Hoffman.
The incident when unnoticed by the referee despite the A-League using a Video Assisted Referee (VAR) system.
In 2013, Rugby League and South Sydney Rabbitohs star Sam Burgess was suspended for two-matches following a similar incident during an NRL fixture against the Melbourne Storm.
