Supercars fans will have to get used to a new-look Red Bull Holden Racing Team this year.

Not only are the team debuting Holden's new ZB Commodore, they've also ditched the all-blue and introduced some splashes of white to the warpaint in 2018.

Seven-time (and reigning) Virgin Australia Supercars champion Jamie Whincup and 2016 champ Shane van Gisbergen will debut the new machine at the season-opening Adelaide 500 in March.

The big reveal was carried out on a barge in the middle of Sydney Harbour this morning.

It's a bittersweet moment for many of the Holden faithful, with the ZB marking the first Commodore built off-shore and the first Commodore hatchback.

There'll be 14 of them on the grid in Adelaide as all of the Holden teams park the old VF.

Red Bull Holden Racing Team will run an initial test a week before the full Supercars grid run a pre-season test at Sydney Motorsport Park on February 16.

The team haven't just been busy building new cars, they also found time to make a hilarious mini-movie which you can watch below.
