Adelaide Confirm That Tom Doedee Has Ruptured His ACL

Adelaide have confirmed that young key defender Tom Doedee ruptured his ACL yesterday in the team’s loss to Hawthorn.

After undergoing scans the Crows footy manager Brett Burton confirmed the injury and said that the 2018 Nab Rising Star runner-up would have full support of the club.

“Tom is an outstanding young man and a valuable contributor to our team,” Burton said.

“He is the ultimate professional and no doubt the way he will tackle his rehabilitation to prepare for the 2020 season will be no different.

“We will continue to support Tom and provide him with everything he needs.”
