Flan, Ali and Spida all agree that the bod squadders have been doing an amazing job and last night they all went over to The Oasis to face the scales. Ali points out that weighing at night is not fair and the personal trainer explains that there can be a difference of 2-4kilos instead of jumping on the scales in the morning.
