Port Adelaide's Aliir Aliir has joined the Triple M Family and will be joining us every week of Finals and next year too!

Roo stated that Aliir's first quarter against The Cats was "The best first quarter of football I've seen from anyone, ever."

Roo and Ditts spoke to Aliir Aliir about the vast improvements he has made since leaving the Sydney Swans and coming over to Port Adelaide.

"My playing style just suits the way Port play, they're a very aggressive club. When the (last) season finished and I was talking to Ken and the boys they said they could get the best Football out of me."

Aliir Aliir also told us the story about how a young boy from Sudan fell in love with AFL

"I had no idea what it was but I went to training at the Aspley Hornets which was the Football club around the corner from my house."

The Hornets coach told Aliir to watch the game over the weekend to see if he liked the look of AFL;

"I think it was Nick Nat taking hangers and some crazy goals and I thought man, this could be the game for me."
