Sorry, what?

American grocery chain, Trader Joe’s, has advertised their new ‘genius’ creation… a sausage roll.

With origins dating back to classical eras across Europe, and Britain eventually perfecting the cuisine with the edition of pork filling, sausage rolls are a bloody classic.

Now, however, America’s Trader Joe’s is selling what is essentially the same product and calling them ‘Puff Dogs’.

"Hot dogs are, of course, typically served on bun. Trader Joe's Puff Dogs takes this classic dog-meets-dough pairing to the next level: each uncured, all-beef dog is instead swaddled in a perfectly flaky-when-cooked-pastry.

"We don't mean to hot dog here, but this marriage of beefy and buttery is pretty genius."

GENIUS?

Understandably, folks are fuming.
