Amy Sheppard's Bloody Brilliant Fight To Keep Things Real

Ladies and gentlemen... Amy Sheppard from the band of the same name, Sheppard, is on a mission and we reckon the world's all the better for it!

She started a campaign on her Instagram some months back, proudly declaring her love for her body and the person within it, and her latest post highlights the dangers we all face if we choose to compare our bodies to what we see online and in print.

I took about 50,000 shots, stood in a very particular stance and flexed as hard as I could whilst keeping a “natural but still pouty” face. Like... who the hell stands like that on a beach anyway. 🤣🤣🤣

RIGHT:
This was just a one take picture. It was taken right after the first but I’ve simply relaxed into a normal stance and my bikini is low riding on my hips (🙏🏻May low riding jeans never come back into fashion *amen*). No filter. No stance. No facetune. No Bulls*%t. #kissmyfatass
