Today marks the anniversary of the Coburg car bomb murder of John Furlan.
And 21 years on, Victoria Police have been unable to make an arrest for the murder.
But speaking this morning on Triple M's Hot Breakfast, Australian true crime writer and journalist Andrew Rule named two suspects for the murder, and the potential reason why they were never apprehended.
