Are You Cyclone Ready? Cyclone Sunday Is Back With Demos, Giveaways, And Tips

Cyclone Sunday is the annual event in Townsville where you can make sure that you, your loved ones, and your home are ready for any possible cyclones. 

From November 1 we'll be in cyclone season, so make sure you're at Cyclone Sunday on November 4 getting extra tips. 

On the day you can see demonstrations on sandbagging and emergency repairs to windows, get to know your storm tide zone, and find out what to do in a disaster situation.

There will be over 30 exhibitors there with a few giveaways along the way.

Food stalls will keep you happy if you get peckish, the kids will be entertained with free amusements and Triple M will be broadcasting live!

The event is FREE and will run from 3pm-6pm on Sunday November 4. 

North Queensland's cyclone season will go through until April 30 2019.
