“Away you go” | Former Broncos Captain Calls for Club to Drop 'Disappointing’ Hass

The fallout from Payne Haas’ bombshell request to be released from the Broncos continues and former captain Corey Parker has been vocal his calls for the club to drop the twenty-two-year-old middle forward.

Speaking on Triple M Breakfast with Marto and Margaux this morning, the 2006 premiership player that buck stops with Haas and if wants to get out of his deal the club should show him the door.

“If he wants throw all the toys out of the cot, well that’s fine – Away you go”

“He’s the one that calls the shots there, you can’t just push it onto the manager”

The Broncos released a club statement last night assuring fans that they will not be releasing the NSW prop and that he will be lining up against the Titans at Suncorp Stadium tonight.

However, Parker, who openly took pay-cuts to remain at the club during his playing careet told listeners that he believes Haas will ‘do his job’ but whether his teammates will trust him is another matter.
